How I made money investing in forclosure homes.
I've only very recently gotten into investing in real estate. I researched several ways to do it and the one that made the most sense was investing in forclosure homes. This will be the place where I describe my process and the resources I found useful.
Before I do that though let me just tell you how easy it can be and probably even more important... FUN!! I just spent about 2 months doing some research, finding a house going into forclosure, buying it, fixing it up, and selling it. From the date I bought it until the day I sold it was only 5 weeks. I'm SO excited about my financial future.

When I first wanted to get into real estate investing I looked into some weekend long courses in my area which were very expensive. Now I know that making a mistake in this market could cost me more than this course, I wanted to start a bit smaller so I just looked into resources I could find online.

I bought it thinking that I might learn a little bit about investing in forclosure homes but it pretty much taught me everything I needed to know to find a foreclosure and then resell it at a profit (this is called flipping). I really thought my research phase would be so much longer but this book and the resources that come with it really gave me all the confidence I needed to go for it. I think I'll make a separate page just to sing the praises a bit more. (When I have a bit more time :)
